Booking policy
Payment is required to confirm your seat in a class. Bookings remain pending until payment is received and confirmed by the teacher. Unpaid bookings may be released after the approval window expires.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class receive a full wallet credit equal to the lesson price. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class receive no credit or refund. The teacher commits her time based on confirmed bookings and this policy reflects that commitment.
Cash / PayID bookings
When paying by Cash or PayID, your seat is held for 24 hours pending teacher approval. If the booking is not approved within that window, the seat is automatically released and the booking is cancelled. Please ensure payment is sent promptly.
Credit wallet
Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Credits may only be applied toward future bookings on this platform.
Student eligibility
Classes are open to female adults and male children under the age of 13 only. The teacher reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not meet eligibility requirements, and a wallet credit will be issued in those cases.
